Very private, only 4 bungalows.

It was our best stay in Raja Ampat, room is super roomy and clean, the little balcony has all you need - a table with cushions, a net and a hammock. And the bungalow is facing the sun in a way that it doesn't get really hot during the day. A huge plus for a place that has no AC. And staff here is just absolutely amazing, Nima and Ringga, they're just amazing human beings that help you arranging your tours and suggesting you what you should do, they also speak perfect English. The shared bathroom and showers are also super clean and quite good quality comparing to our previous Homestay in the region. Also you're 2 minutes snorkel away from the coral reefs where we saw sharks, turtles, cuttlefish, Nemo and plenty other fishes. Would definitely return.

GAM BAY bungalow's ligger stranden i Besir och erbjuder en egen strand. Utöver en 24-timmarsreception har det här boendet också en restaurang och en terrass. Aron and his family provided us with a wonderful stay. The bungalow has a fantastic view directly out to sea. You jump into the water, swim 100m and find corals and a great variety of species. Around the bungalow we saw a wobbegong, an epaulette shark, reef sharks, turtles and starfish in the most colorful colors. Aron organized coconuts for us at our request, we were served delicious food directly on our terrace and went on many excursions to fantastic snorkeling spots. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Aron even organized ear drops from Waisai when we got an earache from diving and saved our vacation! Thank you so much for everything. It was an unforgettable vacation!

The reef in front of the homestay is crazy. Every trip organised by the homestay was just perfect. Don’t hesitate to go there!!

Raja Ampat Eco Lodge ligger 6 minuters promenad från Saprokren strand och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, en terrass och rumsservice. Det finns gratis WiFii alla utrymmen. We booked 6 nights in December at the Raja Ampat Eco Lodge. The lodge was fantastic! The bungalows are spacious, clean and beautifully appointed with a very comfortable bed, seating and dining areas and nice lighting. While there isn't air conditioning, the breeze coming from the sea and the large quiet fan made it easy to sleep at night despite warm temperatures. We didn't have any issues with mosquitoes or other bugs either. The food was delicious and varied each day. We loved the fresh juices, curries and vegetables. The house beach is beautiful and the reef has a good variety of fish. We even saw an octopus a couple of times! The owners are lovely and the service provided by the team is professional and kind.

TABARI DIVE LODGE ligger i Pulau Mansuar och har havsutsikt, en restaurang, en bar, en trädgård, en terrass, en grill och ett gemensamt kök. This was the last of 5 homestays during my 3 weeks in RA and I was totally impressed! The island is tropical bliss and the bungalows are immaculate, nicely furnished with comfy bed and pillows, bathroom with running water and terrace with stunning views of Batanta. The Papuan artwork is a nice touch and you can feel the love that has gone into creating this place. Brigitte and Jeff are fantastic hosts, very friendly and down to earth people and I really enjoyed being their guest! Sharing meal times and excursions with some of the other guests was a real treat and I will always remember the amazing Batanta waterfall hike with the hosts' fun loving friends from France! Although this is a dive lodge, it is just as good for non divers like me. The house reef is excellent for snorkeling and you can have the island to yourself when most of the guests go diving for the day. The food was wholesome and tasty, cooked and served in the beautiful overwater restaurant with sharks sometimes cruising underneath. The young ,happy and fun loving staff are an asset to this place and it was a pleasure getting to know some of them! This is quality accommodation in a gorgeous RA setting and with all meals included it is also value for money! Loved my stay and hope to visit again for longer

Raja Ampat Sandy Guest House ligger i Saonek, 15 minuters promenad från Waisai Torang Cinta strand, och erbjuder boende med en trädgård, gratis privat parkering, en gemensam lounge och en terrass. Not only did the accommodation exceed our expectations, our host also went above and beyond to ensure our stay in the area everything we wanted it to be. I can honestly say our time there wouldn’t have been half as good if it wasn’t for Husna, she knew all the right people across the region. I can’t recommend this place highly enough, so much so I wouldn’t bother searching for any other accommodation when I eventually return.

Turtle Dive Homestay ligger i Kri i Papua Barat och har en balkong och utsikt över havet. Det här boendet ligger vid stranden och erbjuder en trädgård och en terrass. Great food! Ensuite bathroom and very welcoming staff! I have to give a special mention to the dive shop run by Will and Rufus. I was diving the first week with soul scuba, as I had a reservation and for the last 3 days I switched to turtle dive. Diving with Will and Rufus was just so much cooler and personal. Great rental equipment and they bring you to the good action packed dive spots. It was amazing, so if diving is your top priority in Raja Ampat dont hesitate and dive with Turtle.
