Just 15 metres from the beach, Afroditi Hotel has a bar with a sea-view terrace and offers self-catering accommodation with private balconies. Free Wi-Fi access is available in the common areas. This property is exceptionally clean. The management could not be more helpful and the location is gorgeous, especially for anyone wanting an early morning swim. The hotel is directly opposite a lovely beach.

Perfect location, just in the middle of the village, everything at walking distance. Comfortable check-out at 12:00 and in case you can leave the baggage waiting for you ferry.

Excellent place for our holidays in Lipsi island. Amazed by the beauty of the accomodation, the location & the view, but above all by the hospitality of the owners. They have been so welcoming, helpful and easy to communicate with. Surely, highly recommended, if you need relaxing & calm holidays,close to the main town of Lipsi and the beautiful beach of Katsadia though.

Great location in the village centre. Lovely decorated house with all facilities needed for a relaxing holiday. We especially liked the terrace which was ideal to sit, relax and enjoy breakfast in the morning.

A nice walk to the Port, approx 15 minutes. We loved the view over looking a beautiful bay. A great family, we were well looked after. Rented a scooter for a few days to explore the island. Will definitely return.

We spent a lot of time sitting on the beautiful sunny balcony watching the sea and the boats. Studio was spotlessly clean with a kettle and fridge and cooker. Staff were kind and very friendly and warm.

Very well equipped kitchen, plenty hot water and great shower. Fantastic view to the port from the terrace and quiet. 10 minute easy walk to village. Wish we’d booked more days. Would definitely stay again.
