We stayed in this hotel with my wife and our one-year-old for 3 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They would always greet us with a smile and ask if everything was ok. They even offered us vouchers for free drinks at the hotel's bar during check-in. The bedroom was very spacious, modern and clean. The cleaners even folded our clothes. We had asked for a baby cot, and even with that, we had plenty of space in the room. The mini bar in the room was free, and there were water bottles, soft drinks, a small wine, and coffee and tea. We didn't get a chance to dive into the pool, but we did relax for a while at the pool's sunbeds, which were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and every day, they even had a new addition. It was a 10-minute walk from the old city center so we didn't even have to move our car. There is private parking in the basement of the hotel, but the spots are limited, and you have to book in advance. We were not aware, but there were plenty of free parking spots on the streets around the hotel.

Everything about this hotel is incredible. Do not listen to any bad review about this place, it far exceeded any of our expectations. The staff were attentive, polite and genuinely cared about the hotel and it’s guests. It has a very nice family feel, it’s quiet and great location for accessing the town. The breakfast is impressive, the room spotless and we had no reason to leave our amazing balcony area or private pool. The town is 10 minutes in a taxi at 7euros, so you are not in the hustle and bustle but easily accessed. The complimentary bottle of Prosecco went down a treat on arrival too. It is a stunning hotel and you will not be disappointed, we didn’t want to leave.

We did not hire car but the KTEL bus terminal is 5-6 minutes footwalk away. Also old town of Chania is 8 minutes walk from the hotel. I definitely recommend staying at here

Very central and a Beautiful view, but even more important is parking! It is in front of a big open public parking which made it so easy! Parking is hard to find and in most cases very far away from the hotels. A short walk to get to the old port. Restaurants right on the promenade if you don’t want to go to the busy center. The hotel team is amazing and very friendly! Helped us with many great recommendations of restaurants, villages and beaches to visit. Thanks for an amazing time!
