The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly, the location was perfect, across from the train station. The comfortable and appropriate room, with everything you need for your stay. We left early on a Saturday and they were kind enough to leave us a small bag of snacks for breakfast.

Adjacent to the East Midlands Conference Center, this contemporary 4-star hotel features accessible rooftop terraces, green roofs and free Wi-Fi in all areas. This conference hotel on the university campus was a pleasant surprise. Our room was well appointed, with very good amenities and huge and comfy bed. The restaurant food was of a surprisingly high standard, with excellent service from waiting staff. Particular thanks go to Cordelia, her friendly and knowledgeable approach made our meal a delight.

This property is something else, so beautiful. Our room was a generous size and our bathroom was huge and modern. The grounds of this property are so lovely to walk around, including a historic church next door. The staff were super lovely and kind to us. Such a pleasure to stay here and we can highly recommend this property. Great value for money.

Breakfast was the highlight of my weekend, gotta love that bacon 🥓 , and the bread was so soft I could sleep on it. Staff were really friendly, and informative. Rooms we're clean, and overall the building had wonderful interior. I would definitely stay at St James again, if I should ever return to Nottingham. I will recommend this hotel to whom ever wishes to visit Nottinghamshire. Thank you for a pleasant stay :) That bacon though :p

The manager and staff at this is a lovely hotel in the heart of Nottinghamshire were so professional and accommodating. When we arrived there after a long day's drive they went out of their way to give us a room of our preference. Hats off to them!
