Stunning hotel with views of the Montserrat mountains. Passed away some happy time sitting on the terrace with a glass of cava from their complimentary bar. The room was beautifully decorated, comfy, huge bathroom and dressing area (Tinat) and when the lights go off the darkest blackout ever. Breakfast was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. We borrowed the hotel e-bikes and cycled off round some vineyards. Would highly recommend.

Cal Roig Hotel Rural has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Vilafranca del Penedès. Very gracious reception and proprietor offered to make dinner (wonderful paella, plus much more) for just us 2 ,much earlier than usual Spanish dinner time. This is a newly remodeled property where all appointments are of top quality. Rooms are spacious, clean and extremely well-designed and very practical. She took the time to show us the entire property and her wine tour and tasting business set up on the site. She also provided private parking so we didn't have to unload everything. Small, quiet , peaceful, hillside town near Barcelona and the freeway was a wonderful retreat. Because of the graciousness of the proprietor and the accommodations we had a fabulous experience and would recommend it to anyone.

This place was originally built in 1492, updated now of course but maintains the original textures but has all the conveniences. Very clean. The restaurant is excellent as you can tell by the locals who patronize and enjoy it. La Señora, Ana y Rosa made our visit so Welcome. We booked in here as a place to recover from transatlantic flight and to get our time clocks turned around…a visit to the chocolate factory helped !! as suggested by las Mujeres. Highly recommend. We didn’t want to leave!

This country hotel offers an outdoor pool, a traditional Catalan restaurant and rooms with free Wi-Fi and an LCD TV. It is situated in the Penedès, Catalonia’s main wine-making region. Location near the vineyards, rooms were recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable, the area quiet at night. The shower was great. We had dinner at the restaurant, large choice,also very good value for money set menus. Great wine list. Staff very friendly. The breakfast had everything you need. Parking available. Will come back.

Enjoying a superbly central position in Vilafranca del Penedès, this boutique hotel has sleek interiors housed in a Modernist building. The hotel is ideally located in one of the main squares of Vilafranca, walking distance to all attractions, including many restaurants and bars. It is modern, the room I stayed was big and very comfortable.

Hotel Air Penedès is set between Barcelona and Tarragona, and is well-connected by motorway to both cities. The hotel offers free parking and free Wi-Fi in all rooms. We moved this booking to fit with a wedding party so actually stayed in the sister hotel: Hotel Sercotel Pere III El Gran.... it was BRILLIANT!. It was perfectly located to see the town and very reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was tidy, clean and very well sized (although we did have a suite.. so not sure of the size of a regular room).
