Hotel Helios is located on the front line of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar on the Costa Tropical. It offers an outdoor swimming pool and a bar with beautiful sea views. Free WiFi is provided. The quality and variety of the buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner was impressive. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful, quiet area. Free parking right outside the hotel. Our room was on the 9th floor with great views, and we enjoyed our big balcony with sunbeds.

Hotel Noy is a family-run hotel, 100 metres from San Cristóbal Beach, Almuñécar. All air-conditioned rooms at the Hotel Noy Hotel have a TV and a safe. The hotel is new, I really liked the location, literally 5 minutes to the sea. Also all the necessary shops are close by. The room had a lovely bathtub and overall the room was quite spacious. There is a hairdryer, small fridge and everything that was generally needed. The hotel itself is located as I understand it in an residential building. We had a small terrace overlooking the courtyard. So there was no noise from the street at all. The room itself was clean, no issues with the housekeeping either. Breakfasts at the hotel are pretty basic: an omelette, a couple of sausages/bacon, fresh juices, sausages/cheese. All quite tasty, there was also a great coffee machine. The bread did seem a little too stale. Overall if the goal is to have a hearty and quick breakfast, it's fine. We were overall very pleased with our stay, the small downsides are completely overridden by the lovely staff and beautiful fresh hotel.
