Overlooking La Concha Bay, this grand 19th-century building is set next to the beach, on San Sebastián’s seafront promenade. The location was excellent, the view was unbelievably beautiful, the staff was very friendly.

Located a 5-minute walk from the centre of Bayonne, this ibis hotel is set on the banks of the Adour River, just 600 metres from the train station. Breakfast was good, as much as you can eat, parking is secure but at a cost, 9 euros a day.
