Set in Hadsund, 40 km from Memphis Mansion, Hotel Møllehuset offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Hands down this is the most exceptional and amazing service and care I have ever experienced. We were greeted with welcome wine and nuts, given choices for dinner - which included the host cooking for us (this was a special treat!) and we wandered the castle gardens to our hearts content after a dessert of just picked strawberries and cream! Being greeted by the family of swans in the gardens was a treat. Unbelievable breakfast! Homemade fresh from the oven bread:) beds comfortable - NESPRESSO in the room! Really a special place in a quiet calm undiscovered part of the country. Hope to return someday! Our host Susanna was really one of the most remarkable humans we have met! So gracious, caring and welcoming. Thank you!!

The stylish Ruths Hotel is located on the beachfront, 5 km from Skagen town centre. It offers free spa access, free parking and rooms with flat-screen TVs, luxury beds by Dux and free Wi-Fi. This is a pricey place, by British (collapsing nation) standards. It is an extremely comfortable (yet not "luxurious") place; but it really delivers. The staff are fantastic. Mesmerising in their professionalism, friendliness and efficiency. There are cosy places to sit downstairs. The food is fabulous, the setting wonderful, the general "vibe" is uniquely accessible to all. The room was delightful; very comfortable without being ostentatious. All of it is immaculately clean and well (but discreetly) serviced. If I could, I would stay here every year.

Mike was an excellent host and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The place is very nicely renovated and makes for a wonderful base for exploring the surroundings on foot or by bike.

Pier 5 Hotel features a fitness centre, garden, a terrace and bar in Aalborg. Very nice breakfast. They even have a selection of vitamins for you! Large open area. Nice lobby. I could park very close by behind the hotel. Fantastic location close to waterfront and the old town area. Very eco-friendly place too.
