The owner met us at the door at the appointed arrival time and said that he had given us an upgrade - we were amazed at the size of the apartment and the huge covered balcony area. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The owner has wine and beer on sale and also pointed us in the direction of the very good local supermarket for breakfast the next day (Sunday) . Looks like a lovely area with plenty to do on a longer break. It was just a 5 hour jaunt back to Eurotunnel the next day, via Luxembourg to fill up with diesel!

Es un lugar ideal para conocer todos los pueblos y hacer senderismo. Precioso. La región del Sarre es maravillosa. El apartamento es un lujazo. Estuvimos muy bien. The hotel is very close to the main station (Hauptbahnhof) and in other cities, the area near the main station is not the best to stay; however, this area was amazingly clean and well lit and there were a few people around all the time - so no worries on this particular city's main station. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel in the countryside. Dinner and breakfast were really good. The (public) swimming pool is very sizeable. The nature around invites for walks or runs. Trier with its cultural highlights is not far away. Saarschleife and Völkilinger Hütte are other destinations worth exploring.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room (we stayed in the family suite) was modern, spacious and the bunk beds were super fun for kids. There were even some nice new toys in the children's room so we were pleasantly surprised. The breakfast buffet was tasty and included some vegan options , which was very thoughtful.

This is really an amazing place, so charming and cozy. We liked it since the moment we parked our car in front. All the surroundings and the hotel itself are wonderful! The staff is super friendly and nice. The room was warm and cozy. Maybe we had luck, but the swimming pool area was not crowded at all and we really enjoyed it. The dinner and the breakfast were very delicious. There is also a bar, where we tested some cakes with beer and we were not disappointed at all :) This is a perfect place to relax and be close to the nature. I would highly recommend it, we will be back for sure :)

Very nice location with possibilities to enjoy nature or to be active,like going hiking or logging or cycling. Afterward, one can reward oneself with a sauna and pool to relax and in the evening have a very nice meal.
