Set in Providencia, 42 km from Manuel Antonio, Hotel Savegre features a restaurant and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. Free private parking is available on site. The road in and out is not for the weary. We didn't know it was an amazing place for Birding. The entire place is beautiful and worth the trip. The hiking is wonderful. 700 year old trees! The room was very clean and comfortable. We will stay longer next time to take advantage of the area.

Posada el Quijote is located in San José and housed in a colonial-style building. It has a spacious garden, free Wi-Fi access and a snack bar. Quiet, safe, and beautiful location, lovely building, beautifully decorated. This hotel was designed to emulate a cozy home, and you definitely feel at home when you stay there. Adorable cats and a dog create a warm home-like atmosphere. A pool with a wonderful view of the city and sunset. Delicious breakfasts. All of the staff were so so lovely and helpful, nothing was a bother to them. We've decided to stay in this hotel every time we come to San Jose. Thank you so much for welcoming us!

Located in Piedades, 42 km from Poas National Park, Canal Grande Lodge provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Amazing property with a wonderful view of the sunset. We had a large room, everything was very clean, staff very friendly. The food in the restaurant a few steps away was great. Breakfast at the pool was good, too. The lodge is actually even nicer in reality than shown in the photos. We needed about 35min. by car to get to the airport. We would return any time.

Beautiful hotel, with great staff. The food was delicious and it was a perfect location for us. Wish we would have stayed for breakfast but we had an early flight.

Starting from the best staff we have met in CR, then the beautiful and specious cabañas with anything you may need, to the trails and other activities like horse riding, etc. All was perfect.
