Ritz Residence @ asub Kota Kinabalus, 1,7 km kaugusel Filipiini turust Sabah. The room are unexpectedly clean and was a 11/10. Had a great stay over the weekend with my friends. Both room booked and it's in clean condition. Toilet is superb with both equipped shower and bathtub. The designs are unique and the staff are quite accommodating and friendly. It's worth it's value for such a short stay over at Ritz. Never a disappointing stay.

Has all the amenities needed and a very comfortable bed. We stayed 2 nights in this place. We liked the place so much that opted for another 3 nights. Recommended.

Great location - right next to the KK night market. Really nice, clean room with so many amenities! Water, fridge (for all out market goodies) slippers, iron, + thoughtful details like an umbrella, and much more. All presented beautifully with nice ribbons and packaging. The hosts were very attentive, helpful and kind. They made sure that our every need was addressed. They even accommodated for a slightly later check out due to some issues we had. Very updated look + free upgrade to a window room. It is easy to see they take great pride in their accommodations and a positive experience for their guests. Loved our stay here and would come again.
