My young family and I travelled to dozens of countries and stayed in more hotels than we can count, but this one staff member, at Hotel 23, on the outskirts of Vienna, I think her name was Christina?, was among the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. Not the usual hospitality friendliness that is often so superficial, but a friendliness coming from within, super natural and super honest. I hope she makes a decent wage, because she is worth gold in our opinion. Vielen Dank für Ihren herzlichen Empfang, den super Service, und dass Sie ein wahnsinnig toller Mensch sind.
