This 4-star superior hotel, 3 km from Kössen, offers a 3,000 m² spa area with an indoor and an outdoor pool, a tennis court, free Wi-Fi, and 2 restaurant. There was a lot to like at this hotel. We had a nice spacy junior suite. I could not name something special, without mentioning everything. It was a great room. Diner was a buffet, but the food was very good, lots to choose and really wonderful value for money. You get a parking spot in the cellar, quite nice in winter. Great sauna, wellnes, big size fitness and swimming pool. I loved the combined ski-area Winklmoosalm/ Steinplatte for which you drive 15 minutes to Germany.

Surrounded by the scenic Tyrolean mountains, Hotel Riedl is situated between the picturesque Walchsee Lake and the village of Kössen. It features an indoor pool and a spa area. Upon my arrival I was made feel very Welcome. The Lady at the front desk gave me all the deals about the hotel. Also organized me with a card to utilize with the buses. The card is in conjunction with the local tourist office. Great incentive to get people to visit the region and obviously for local businesses. My room was very clean and had a great view. I was really impressed with the swimming pool. Turns out the swimming pool is brand new! Updated last year. The Sauna and steam Room are amazing! Great area set up to relax after a long day out. The breakfast is great! Lots of different breads, cereals and various cheeses. Great coffee, orange juice and water. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant during the afternoon and for dinner. Great choices on the menu. I also recommend sitting outside in the afternoon for drinks. Hotel Riedl definitely rates five stars and more! I definitely will return to this amazing hotel in the near future. The owners and all the Staff are all very professional and friendly. Featuring free WiFi and a spa centre, Hotel Walchseer Hof is located in Walchsee, just 200 metres from its private beach and pool on Lake Walchsee. Herr Kaltschmid and the staff was very kindful; there was an error during reservation, because The Walchseer Hof has been started the season on 22/12/2023 but I booked my stay from 21st (too early ;) ) Herr Kaltschmid booked in my behalf a room in another hotel, located nearby - I paid for both places at the end in Walchseer Hof. I really appreciate that I could stay in Walchsee as planned not looking for one-night-stand by myself... A food for breafasts and dinners was local, high quality; I recommend cheese and specks and for dinner: deer and/or trout (the trout was Weltklasse :) ). It was our first but for sure not last stay there. Danke!

Located in Kössen, 2 km from the ski lifts, Hotel ZUM STERNENHOF features an indoor pool, a spa area and a restaurant. The breakfast was the best! Very good coffee, indeed italian coffee, and very cozy atmosphere, and the waitress very friendly!

Very clean and comfortable. staff very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and all you would want delicious and well organised. fresh towels and clean too. daily .
