Stella who owns this small boutique hotel is wonderful. Very prompt with messaging and answering questions. She gave very detailed instructions to access the entrance and even moved her car for us so we could park right out front. The room itself is extremely clean, brand new and modern, whilst feeling very homely and inviting. The finishes are detailed and the room well styled. Even better than the photos show! Most importantly the bed was THE COMFIEST we have had in the whole of Albania so far. The hotel is right next to a lovely park and is an easy 10min walk through the pedestrian only area to the main strip of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars in Shkoder. And to top it off, breakfast (included) is served sit down at the lounge across the road or packed to take if you are heading out early. We loved our stay so much we have decided to book another night after coming back from our hiking in Theth and Valbone. Thank you very much for a hospitality.

What a gem! The hotel was perfect for our large family. Clean and comfortable rooms, amazing staff, and the pool area was outstanding. Lovely beach just down the road made for a perfect stay. We will be back!

Habitació ample, neta, cómode I amb A/C. Bany gran i amb plat de dutxa (tota una excepció a Albania). WiFi excelent. Aigues I cafés gratuits. Ens van deixar bicis per anar a donar una Volta per la ciutat. Personal super amable. També ens van guardar les motxilles fins que vam tornar de la ruta valbone-theth. Com que marxavem molt d'hora ens van fer un picnic amb l'esmorzar. Es pot pagar amb targeta.

Even though we only lived there one day, we were met by a fantastic service. The owner and his wonderful wife made us feel very welcome and we were well taken care of. The hotel room was fresh, large and had everything we needed. In the morning we were served a cozy and good breakfast. The owner's wife came to me as pregnant with her own picked blackberries and was very helpful from the first moment. For us, service means a lot. What was also good is that the hotel is not located in the middle of all the noise but into a small pedestrian street which was quiet and sleep is very important to me. The beach was 5 min away and we had no problem walking as we could see a little more of the place and we could stop shopping with us something along the way. We recommend this hotel to those who likes good service and quiet area.

We were welcomed by Alex from the moment we arrived at checking. The cleanest place we have ever stayed. exceptional place to stay . it is the second time we stayed and plan to come back next year with more family.
