I have been to many cities around the world and I have tried many hotels, and guesthouses, and I can say that this place is by far the best. I strongly recommend it. The host, Mr Guido Paganini, is amazing. He is always available and very professional. The room is very clean and fully equipped. It's really close to the main attractions, the city center and the best restaurants and bars (also recommended by Mr Guido). If you're planning for a Tuscany trip, this is the place to choose.

The breakfast included was lovely, the apartment had all we needed, and Cristian met us at the apartment and was very helpful. No elevator, but we knew this - it's in the listing description.
