Està situat al mig del centre històric de Cadiz, una situació immillorable. Te un aparcament de pagament molt aprop a 2min, uns 150m. Això sí, si volteu per Cadiz a l'agost heu de tenir en compte l'horari perquè pot estar ple i llavors s'ha de voltar molt per poder aparcar i sempre de pagament. L'apartament te un Super just a la mateixa cantonada. També te varis restaurants i bars molt aprop i de molt bona qualitat i preu contingut.
