Set along the banks of the Clark Fork River, this Thompson Falls motel boasts a number of outdoor activities, such as fishing, canoeing, and hiking on nature trails. We had stayed here before, but this time the booking company upgraded us from a “king room” to a “king cabin” and it was wonderful! An adorable little free-standing cabin, much larger so we were able to completely unpack for our 3-day stay. It was immaculate and very wonderful.

Set in Cameron, Dream Drift Motel offers 3-star accommodation with private balconies. Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. We arrived late then expected and it was raining, we called the owners and they assure us we can be late and some one will assist us when we arrive. When we arrived we called Jeff and he was very kind and helping.

Sportsman Lodge Melrose MT is located in Melrose. With free WiFi, this 3-star motel has a garden and barbecue facilities. Certain rooms at the property include a patio with a mountain view. We loved the location, the views were spectacular. My wife and I stayed at Sportsman Lodge on the way home from Stugis 2022, we found it very charming and the staff were excellent. We can't wait to return. 5 stars all the way.

The Sapphire Motel Midtown Bozeman is located in Bozeman only 3.5 km from the Bridger Creek Golf Course. It has a children’s playground, and offers spacious guestrooms with free Wi-Fi. Great redecorating work made the rooms and outside look really cool, stylish and different from hundreds of other motels I stayed at. Good climate control, heated bathroom floor. Great breakfast selection including wide bakery selection e.g. burgers, bagels, muffins & croissants. An awesome vintage TV in the sitting room near reception, same 1960’s style as the whole motel.

Yellowstone Motel - Adults Only - All rooms have kitchens is offering accommodation in West Yellowstone. With barbecue facilities, the 2-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Good private studio for two people. It had a full kitchen with the utensils, dishes, air fryer (!), coffee/tea, oil, salt and pepper! Yellowstone is small and quite expensive town, so having your own full kitchen saves your money. The unit was small, but cozy and well equipped. We stayed in # 5. We loved it decoration! Room was clean. Host was very responsive. Parking was no problem - lots of space on the street side as well as in the front of the unit. Thanks for the quite time (no check ins after 10pm is helpful!). We were also lucky with respectful guests of the adjacent rooms - we were able to rest with no problem! Thanks!
