Great hostess, Chris, was filling in for her vacationing sister. Very warm and welcoming. Gave us great advice on what to see and do during our limited time in Townsville. The motel was very clean, comfortable and in a safe, walkable neighborhood. It was quiet and provided free parking at our door. Our room was spacious and well-appointed and everything worked.

The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. We have been to Townsville several times and usually stay in serviced apartments but opted for the Beach House Motel this time due to it's central location and family rooms. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we visit Townsville.
