The rooms were clean, all facilities were there as promised, loved the shower. The space is a gated community with bbq , swimming pool and a tennis court. Kids loved the place coz they got the freedom to walk around and play with friends freely.

There's also free parking and if you're here to see the gallery or the centre it is not far to walk on a nice day. Across the road you have access to the cafes and restaurants of the Hotel Realm, plus you can walk to either Kingston or Manuka.

The indoor pool was the deciding factor for my booking. The water was cool - apparently 25C - but not cold. There were plenty of towels. The gym had enough equipment for a maintenance work out. Towels were changed and garbage bag sorted every day except for the Public Holiday and Sunday. There was plenty of hot water.
