This place is absolutely wonderful! Our host was the nicest man on earth! He helped us with every problem we had and was very proactive. The food is very good. The space itself is brilliantly decorated. The cottages are clean and in good condition.

They booked our travel from Hanoi to the hotel and from the hotel to the Danang Airport at a very affordable price and it all was skillfully done - everything went smoothly. We had an incredible experience at Spring Garden Homestay near cat ba. It was absolutely stunning. Linda, our guide, went above and beyond to assist us with everything from laundry to organizing trips to the countryside. The location of the Homestay was truly remarkable, just a few meters away from the cat ba Town and about a 20-minute drive away. It was peaceful and beautiful, far superior to staying in town. I highly recommend it and would definitely visit again. Additionally, Linda helped us plan a fantastic trip to As Pa directly from the home stay. It's nearly impossible to find a better host than her.

We loved everything about our week-long stay at Lan Homestay. The location was perfect for us to explore the village on a scooter/motorbike (which they have available for rent). It's in a quiet neighborhood on a hill, which is located in hidden valley. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful with an abundance of flowering plants, and jackfruit trees that make the property feel like an eco-resort. The staff works tirelessly to keep everything in perfect condition - everyone seemed to be working around the clock. The included breakfast was very good — with a choice of a beverage and a choice of food and always served with a plate of fresh fruit. We also enjoyed a couple of other meals there and everything we ordered was delicious. Most of all our host, Mr. Chilly was everything you could ask for in a great host. He was super-friendly and assisted us with anything we needed from providing suggestions for things to do in Cat Ba to arranging travel for us back to our Hanoi . We would highly recommend Lan Homestay and will stay here again next time we come to Cat Ba.
