The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to King's park, Elizabeth Quay, and the city center. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. The apartment was well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. I stayed at Nesuto apartments for three months and it was a very enjoyable stay.
The Holiday Inn Perth was a great place to stay. Great location and really handy to the shopping precinct and main train station. Also an easy walk to Elizabeth Quay. Buffet breakfast was really nice and great value. We had dinner there a couple of nights and the food was great. Very attentive and friendly wait staff. Would highly recommend staying here. I am sure we will be back.
upon check in, front desk was very friendly and informative. Room is spacious enough for 2 adulst and 2 children. parking was easy (either hotel/street parking) location was right acrross from Swan river and has a good view for sunset and good route for morning/afternoon jog down to Elizabeth Quay. The free launcy facility on the 1st flr was very much appreciated. Didnt get to try the pool since it was under maintenance on the Monday that we were there.
+ prime location: bus stop, cafés, restaurants, Elizabeth Quay and supermarket are within walking distance
+ clean and tidy studio, having washing machine and drying rack is a plus
+ friendly front desk and staff
+ accommodate my requests in time
Convenient location in the middle of Perth CBD. 15 min walk to restaurants and bars in Northbridge. Less than 5 mins walk from McIvor and Perth railway stations. Not too far from the Swan River at Elizabeth Quay.
The hotel is situated in a great location, it was a short walk to Elizabeth Quay, Barrack St jetty, and good connection with buses too. It is right at the corner of the main shopping street and if you need anything it is 3mins to Woolies. The Deluxe King room we got has a nice view of the city. The rooftop bar is a good place for sunset cocktails!
This is a boutique hotel with a party vibe (think W but dark interiors) which is cool but not for everyone.
The property location is amazing, near train station, Elizabeth Quay, and perth top destination. Local restaurant with various options and shops are walking distance. The property is well mentained, and clean. Apartment staffs are friendly.
If you are looking for a cheap accommodation for few days, these apartments are a good deal.
- The rooms was clean, although some corners were dusty.
- The reception is very friendly and checking-in few hours earlier is possible if the room is already ready.
- If you want to cook for yourself: You get one electric stove plate, a pan and a pot, which is okay for few days (our pot’s lid had no handle).
- Elizabeth Quay and Kings Park are within easy walking distance.
The staff was really warm and friendly upon check-in, we felt really welcomed into Perth (it's our 1st time here)
One of our rooms wasn't ready when we checked in, the staff were apologetic and gave us complementary drinks at the bar for our wait.
Appreciated the little gestures to surprise us with chocolates and champagne when I told the hotel we were celebrating our wedding anniversary =)
The location is great, short walk to Hay Street, and Elizabeth Quay.
Location was great as we needed easy access to the Perth Convention Centre and public transport was a quick walk away. Easy stroll to Elizabeth Quay. Rooms had all we required for a comfortable stay.
