I booked my room using this app and they mixed up my booking. Having said that, the whole team at Katoomba Hotel and Three Sisters Motel are amazing. My initial experience was a bit odd because of the mix up but everything went great after that. I feel bad that I can't remember the names of the staff as I'm sure I wrote em somewhere in my journal but just want to give kudos to the team. You guys are amazing!

Grand View Hotel is located in the village of Wentworth Falls in the Blue Mountains, a world heritage site. The location was fantastic - close to cafes and a short drive to the walks we wished to do
