Situated in El Calafate and with Argentinean Lake reachable within 11 km, Hostería La Soberana features a tour desk, non-smoking rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay at La Soberana. It was clean, quiet, cozy, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, modern washroom with lots of hot water. Our room had a lovely view over the Lago Argentino and town of El Calafate. Susana, the host, is wonderful. She's friendly, accommodating and was very helpful with our travel questions. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Offering a barbecue and views of the garden, the Hotel y Cabañas Las Marías is situated in El Calafate, 3 km from Argentinean Lake. The rooms have a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Very friendly host. Correct information. Very clean and spatious room. English speaking! Breakfast ok. Quiet place within walking distance of main street with restaurants nearby. 1km to busterminal.

Located next to El Chalten’s trekking circuits and walking distance from the main road and the city centre, Hosteria El Puma offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Great dinner, great packed lunch options. Very nice, clean and warm room.

Only 100 metres from the Argentino Lake waterfront, Posada Karut Josh offers rooms with free Wi-Fi in El Calafate. Breakfast is provided, and a garden is featured. Both owners were so nice, friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable room.

The place is clean, comfy and cozy. The breakfast has many options (breads, cakes, cookies, juice, milk, jams and eggs). The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly, they will make you feel like at home. Totally recommend!

Only 300 metres from El Chalten city centre, Kaulem Hotel Boutique offers 4 rooms, with exclusive views of the Fitz Roy Mount. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast are provided, and there is a library. The location close to Laguna Torre trail and the central area of El Chalten . The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lounge/coffee shop was a comfortable place to hang out. Breakfasts were very good.

Hosteria Roblesur is situated at the entrance of town, just 5 minutes by car from the centre. Rooms offer panoramic views of El Calafate. Free Wi-Fi is available. Very nice place, clean rooms, with nice common areas. Kind, friendly and helpful staff. We would for sure stay here again. Great quality.

Closed to El Chalten, 8 km from Cerro Fitz Roy, Puesto Cagliero - Refugio de montaña boasts views of the Cagliero Glacier. You can get to the property through a 3 hour trek through the Diable River. Amazing place to spend Xmas Eve. Extraordinary environment and views. Sky at night is spectacular. Food was excellent and the level of care put into lunch, dinner, drinks and general comfort by the hosts Marcus and Cecelia was really appreciated. They had some champagne for bringing in Xmas Day. Would love to go back in the future. Hike there are back is really beautiful and unlike other hikes in the area. Office staff that help coordinate you visit were also helpful - they ordered a ride at the bottom of the trail on Xmas Day for me.
