Built in 1922 and updated in the years since, this single-story home sits right between the West End and Veterans Park neighborhoods of Boise. Stroll half a mile to Esther Simplot Park to access the Boise River Greenbelt, a 25-mile, tree-lined pathway that meanders through many of the city's most popular parks. You'll also be within a mile and a half of downtown, attractions such as the Freak Alley Gallery, Ann Morrison Park, and Camel's Back Park at the edge of the foothills. After a day spent exploring the city, come home to sip cold drinks on the patio, light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner, and take a seat by the firepit in the yard to relax and roast marshmallows. Inside, the open layout and generous windows bring in an abundance of natural light. There's a compact kitchen with every essential appliance, a dining area with a record player to set the dinnertime ambience, and a living room with a smart TV for evening movies.
