The apartment, which has been recently renovated, is large, bright and furnished with style. It is located in a central position and Guests will be provided with a weekly ticket for public parking around the apartment for one car only. The availability of the car park does not depend on the owner. The beach and Viareggio's promenade with shops and boutiques are only a 5-minute walk away, as is the train station. By train you can reach Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Le Cinque Terre, all in less than 60 minutes. At 80 meters there is the beautiful pine forest-park, where you can take relaxing walks in nature and rent bikes. Bars, shops, restaurants and supermarkets can be easily reached in a few steps. The house, which is well lit and very quiet with recently installed air conditioning, is located on the 1st floor of a building without a lift. It consists of a large living room with sofa bed for two people, well equipped eat-in kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower and service room. It has two private terraces, one front facing the pedestrian street; the other rear, equipped with a table suitable for outdoor breakfasts and a utility room.

The apartment is set in a very tranquil area where you can find anything you might need on your vacation. The town market, park and beach are all very close to the house so you will be able to visit them directly on foot.
