This one-bedroom self-catering apartment is located on Bruntsfield Place near a large public park in Edinburgh - the Meadows. Within a short walk, you can find charming cafes, specialty food retailers, grocery shops, and designer fashion boutiques. This 1-bedroom flat has beautiful interiors and finishes. The living room has sofas and TV. The kitchen is equipped with useful appliances including a hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, and kettle. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, and pans are provided. The spacious bedroom has a double bed, a chest of drawers, and a clothes rail. The modern shower room has a shower with a handheld showerhead. Guests will have access to the entire space. A travel cot and high chair can be provided for free on request at least 3 days prior to your arrival date. Please note there is no linen provided for the travel cot, so you'll need to bring your own linen for the cot if you need to use it. The apartment does not have a private parking bay but you can use the on-street parking bays provided by the council. On-street parking is free from 5:30 p.m. to the next day 8:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday, and free from 5:30 p.m. Friday to 8:30 a.m. on Monday. **Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building /4th floor (American-English). Similar to the majority of the residential buildings in Edinburgh, the building has no lift. The apartment isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues. ** **Not suitable for hosting any parties. The apartment is strictly non-smoking and no pets are allowed. Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. ** Check-in: As there is no railing outside the building, the key box will be located less than a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
