Welcome, If you are reading this, it means that you are interested in our apartment, which makes us very happy 😊 We are private people who own several apartments in Playa del Inglés. They are all located in the immediate vicinity of our house, which is also located here. This allows us both for direct contact with our guests and for possible help if there is such a need. We really want our guests to feel safe and comfortable with us, therefore, both before arrival and during their stay, we are available to answer any questions or help you in what matter. The cozy Sunny Apartment Tanife by Yumbo is located in the center of the resort, only 30 meters from the iconic Yumbo, which is the entertainment heart of Playa del Inglés. Situated on the main street of Playa del Ingles, the apartment provides direct access to shops, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, clubs and other entertainment venues. From where you are staying, in just 15 minutes you can get to both the main beach and the phenomenal Dunas to admire the beautiful sunsets. The apartment provides a fully equipped kitchenette, a living room with 62 ”LED TV, a bathroom, a bedroom with two comfortable beds and a spacious balcony overlooking the south, where you will enjoy the sun from 10.00 am until late afternoon. For a pleasant stay, the apartment offers high-speed WiFi, and the Tanife has a large swimming pool and a garden where you can enjoy the sun.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located 2 minutes walk to the center of Yumbo on Avenida de Tirajana. A renovated promenade leads to the beach. It will take you to the beach in 10-15 minutes. Further south on Avenida de Tirajana it takes 10-15 minutes to reach Dunas de Maspalomas. 300 m from the Tanife building there is a terrace with a panoramic view over the famous Maspalomas dunes and the Faro lighthouse. The whole of Playa del Ingles is easily accessible on foot. There are also cheap taxis that move around the city. There are a lot of them, and driving around the area costs 2-5EUR depending on the distance. Paid parking is available in the surrounding streets. You can also book an additional paid parking lot next to the building.
