The property consists of three floors. On the ground floor, with direct access to the beautiful beaches of the area, are located the two villas, with one and two bedrooms. Both have large terraces equipped to enjoy the sun and rest. On the first floor there are two one- and two-room apartments with large balconies that are, literally, wonderful windows open to the coast, equipped to be used as an extension of each accommodation. The top floor houses the most spacious apartment, a penthouse with a 180-degree panoramic view of one of the most beautiful local landscapes on the island. It has three spacious rooms and two bathrooms from which you can enjoy a relaxing shower overlooking the sea. It also has a huge terrace with uninterrupted views from San Agustin to the dunes, ideal for rest, enjoyment and for practicing exercise, sports and body therapies such as yoga, pilates or Tai chi. The philosophy of Deva Beach is to bet on comfort and rest, having the necessary atmosphere and equipment to fully enjoy everything that the island of Gran Canaria has to offer.
