Newly refurbished modern first floor boutique studio apartment with sea views of Las Vistas beach. 2 minutes walk to the beach and amenities. The studio has been tastefully redesigned using top quality materials and modern facilities, incorporating a full kitchen with silestone worktops and breakfast bar, oven, touch hob, nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine. There is also air conditioning and a spacious bathroom with a walk in shower. A complimentary welcome pack including a bottle of wine, water, milk, sugar, coffee, shower gel, shampoo and washing up liquid is included in every reservation. Special attention has been given to ambience lighting to create a variety of light creations using ceiling and floor lighting. There is a generous balcony offering sea views where you can relax enjoying an evening meal or glass of wine and the fabulous sunsets Tenerife has to offer! Other facilities include free WIFI, satellite TV offering channels for both UK and other European nationalities, free towels and linens (including pool towels) and a communal swimming pool and sun solarium available for use for residing guests. Ironing facilities and a hairdryer are also provided.

The apartment is ideally situated just 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes walk to the prestigious Safari shopping area with all the best brand shops and a wide variety of restaurants and nightly entertainment including the world renown Hard Rock Cafe. NO CAR NECESSARY! Enjoy all that Los Cristianos and Las Américas have to offer without the need to hire a car or use public transport. You can enjoy both of these popular areas easily as the apartment is situated on the border of both towns. There is a large Mercadona supermarket for amenities and an excellent gym available next to the complex for those that want to train during their stay amongst an array of bars, shops and restaurants.
