Local tax regulations:

In accordance with national tax law, all Chilean citizens (and foreigners residing in the country) are required to pay an additional 19% VAT.

To be exempt from the 19% VAT fee, foreign guests must pay the amount of the stay in USD and present a copy of their immigration card and passport. Guests paying in local currency will not be exempt from paying this fee. In case of a no-show at the establishment, the invoice will be issued in local currency and will include said VAT supplement.

* This VAT supplement is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.

- It is considered "final supplement fee" of the stay, does not include maid service. In case you need additional cleaning, it can be requested at an additional cost.

- Forbidden to enter additional guests to those informed in the reservation. Fine of 50USD per night for additional guest to those informed.

- Prior to arrival you must complete an online check-in. In this, names, passport number (ID card) of each guest and additionally the passport photo (ID card) of the main guest (guest who made the reservation) will be requested.

到店时需支付损毁押金：US$150。 该押金将以现金形式收取。 退房时此押金将返还给你。 住宿场所经检查如无任何损坏，此押金将以现金形式全额返还。
