The well-kept apartment building is centrally located in the winter sports paradise and mountain bike Mecca (Bike Kingdom) Lenzerheide. A renovated 2-room apartment with balcony and a wonderful view of the mountains awaits you. Living room with leather sofa, wardrobe with integrated folding bed (can easily be converted into a double bed with a flick of the wrist), well-equipped kitchen with large inventory, numerous built-in cupboards with lots of storage space. The children's room is lovingly furnished with bunk bed and wardrobe. Top WLAN. Bed- and bathlinen is available and costs around CHF 15-20 / person. The property has a multi-purpose room with table tennis table and table football, a ski and bicycle room, laundry room with washing machine/tumbler (coin-operated machine) as well communal outdoor parking spaces (free). Conditions: Final cleaning total CHF 90.00, guest tax in accordance with the Tourism Act, communal outdoor parking spaces (free).

Neighbourhood information

Directly next to the property is the newly built pump track, sports field, a large children's playground, ski and bike rental, bakery, Volg and much more. The squirrel forest and the Heidsee (bathing lake) are only a few minutes' walk away. The stop for the sports bus is directly in front of the house and takes you comfortably to the surrounding valley stations of the mountain railways within 5-10 minutes.
