The apartment was in the perfect location, a short walk to the center of Ipanema beach, many exceptional restaurants, bars and grocery stores within minutes. Also close to a lot of great shopping. We were 3 woman traveling for the first time to Brazil and the neighbourhood felt safe. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed and more. The balconies have great views. It felt very special staying here. Alastair, the host, was very kind and accommodating and helped with all our questions and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The doormen were so sweet and kind and courteous and made us feel like we lived there. When, not if, we return to Rio, we will definitely stay here again.
