Delightful 2 Bedroom, Edwardian Villa which has a heritage listed frontage, C1890. This Charming freestanding house is perfectly located in heart of North Adelaide Melbourne St. The house offers, good size lounge room, kitchen, and dining room, one bathroom and seperate toilet and laundry. There is off street car park for a small vehicle and street car park at the front. The house has just been freshly renovated and fully furnished with a new modern style while maintaining some of the old features. Ornate original cornices, ceiling roses, beautiful fireplaces (not for use), light switches, lights and a magnificent old kitchen wood stove ( not for use.) The property has ducted heating and cooling in the bedroom and lounge. Free Wi-Fi. There is also a charming courtyard at the back with a quirky reading relaxing shelter to enjoy your complimentary Barossa Port as our guests.
BAROSSA HOUSE is a Boutique Guest House in the fabulous Barossa Valley, Tanunda South Australia. Barossa House has been operating for over 40 years. Sophia, has been the owner for the last 7 years coming from a professional hospitality background.
It’s all about the life style. That’s Melbourne st. Melbourne Street offers a vast Variety of professional coffee and restaurant establishments, and iconic Pubs, such as The Kentish and The Old Lion. The street offers everything from fashion Boutiques, travel agencies and professional practices. Within walking distance we have the women’s and children Hospital, Memorial Private, medical Specialist centres and of course Adelaide Oval, 1.6km, directly down Melbourne st. Walking distance to the city centre, Adelaide Zoo, Museums and Galleries. For Rundle Mall is 2.4km away. If you don’t feel like walking, you can collect a scooter from the front. Life is good.
