They offer separate spaces for maximum privacy, while expansive indoor and outdoor living encourages time spent together. Staged across three levels, they both culminate in a spectacular rooftop terrace, providing a private plunge pool, premium outdoor kitchen and spacious alfresco dining to soak up the fresh coastal air and stunning views across the city and harbour. Both boast identical open plan living and dining areas on the first floor, which open to a generous balcony, flooding the space in gorgeous natural light. Sip your morning coffee here over a good book or enjoy a sundowner. A sleek, gourmet kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, with a round timber dining table doubling as a dedicated workspace if you’re here on business; while the lounge area highlights a streamlined sofa fronting a smart TV. Travertine, heated floors have been laid in all main living areas and bathrooms, while remote controlled blinds offer protection against the summer heat. Each townhouse sleeps six guests across three bedrooms. The first queen suite is on the ground level and connected to a second lounge room overlooking the garden, while the other two queen suites can be found upstairs. All bedrooms offer a combination of air-conditioning and ceiling fans to keep things comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space for your belongings and high-end ensuite bathrooms fitted with a luxury rain shower, while two ensuites boast a freestanding bath to enjoy a relaxing soak. Guests have access to an internal washing machine and powder room on the first level of both townhouses. Each house offers secure garage parking for one car, plus driveway parking. Travelling with an infant? A porta cot and high chair are available upon request.

Wickham is a vibrant, family-friendly neighbourhood, offering charming cafes, leafy parks and buzzing pubs with live music. For a delicious dinner, local favourite Sticky Rice Thai is a five-minute walk from your stay, while just around the corner, Inner City Winemakers offers tastings of handcrafted wines from Thursday to Sunday. Stroll to Throsby Creek and walk along the water’s edge to neighbouring Carrington or in the other direction, dining precinct Honeysuckle. Newcastle Beach, a popular swimming beach, is located less than 10 minutes’ drive, where you'll find a kiosk and amenities.
