This property offers three bedrooms (all with robes), two bathrooms, one upstairs, one downstairs, open plan kitchen, indoor formal dining and living area, upstairs, and an additional living room downstairs, as well as ample dining outside on the rear pergola, all complete with luxury finishes and furnishings inside and out. This property offers split-cycle air conditioning plus ceiling fans throughout, making it perfect all year around. The upstairs formal living room is complete with comfortable tasteful white Hamptons style lounges and seating, complemented by quality furnishings, large smart tv, a large quantity of books for the novelist in you all, to read during your stay and complimentary free Wi-Fi. This leads to a large undercover alfresco dining area at the rear of the property on the upper balcony, which is lined with large glass windows, bringing the tropical gardens of the rear gardens inside. Whilst downstairs there is an additional games room, lined with sporting memorabilia, that the owner has generously set to share with the guests during their stay. This area is set with pool table, which looks out onto the tropical rear yard. You will be required to complete a guest registration with photo ID prior to your arrival. Linen: All beds are made ready for your stay, prior to arrival with quality linen, including bath towels.
