Tucked away in a whisper-quiet street, is this delightful 3 bedroom duplex, just a 300-metre walk to the canal & river, offering FREE WIFI, Netflix and a bottle of wine on arrival! Walk to dining, retail, cinemas, parks/playgrounds…and only short stroll to the river beach & canal this is location central! There is room onsite to park your tinny or jet-ski with the boat ramp only 300m away so hit the water and soak up the splendour. Pets are welcome (on application) in our dog friendly yard.

Maroochydore is the central heart of the Sunshine Coast – Noosa is north (45 min coastal drive ) and Caloundra is south ( 20 min drive ) making its central location convenient to beaches, restaurants and shops.
