Arakwal National Park is a 5-minute drive, and Ballina Byron Airport is a 35-minute drive away. All air-conditioned apartments have a kitchenette or kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Each modern apartment is decorated in neutral colours, and features flat-screen cable TV and a DVD player. Some rooms overlook the pool or gardens. Quiet hours start at 22:00 including the balcony. Zero-tolerance noise policy: if management or security is required to visit you due to noise complaints or anti-social behaviour, call out fees will apply. A second incidence will result in eviction without a refund.
