Flooded with natural light, you will enjoy the many entertaining spaces including the Vast entertaining terrace or take yourself to the adult retreat, lounge in the Egg chair and enjoy the ambiance the tree lined Garden offers. Relaxation at its best.Beautiful new kitchen featuring granite bench top & an island bench and fabulous gas cooktop or take your entertaining outside "Al Fresco" style to the BBQ on the terrace. Offering 2 large separate living spaces, even a reading room. The home offers 4 bedrooms consisting of 3 Queen beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 singles beds. Ensuite off the master and 2 other bathrooms to accommodate all your guests needs. There is a fully equipped Laundry, all the luxury you need for your Holiday by the Sea. No party Policy
