Located in the heart of the city of Wellington,The Marion Hostel offers a range of backpacker accommodation and features a rooftop terrace. First time solo traveler, and it was the first time in a hostel outside of my country, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the choice I made. It was clean with enough bathrooms and toilets to cater to everyone. The location was absolutely perfect 👌 close to Cuba Street and walking distance from the museum, the supermarket, and the water front. I personally loved the rooftop and had most of my meals up there. I would definitely make a return trip.

Imagine you want a quiet place to cook.. there is one - What if you want to chat and listen to music? Boom! There’s the second kitchen. Mattresses were comfortable and mini fridge great idea.

Worldwide Backpackers is located in central Wellington, a 10-minute walk from bars, restaurants and vibrant nightlife on Courtenay Place. Very nice hostel in Wellington! Very close to the CBD. We would come back again for sure

Hotel Waterloo & Backpackers offers budget accommodation in the centre of Wellington. It features a 24-hour guest kitchen, self-service laundry facilities and a games room with pool tables. No breakfast, both staff members were excellent help seniors citizens in any way they could, multilingual and made my day.

Located in the heart of the city, Nomads Capital Backpackers offers 5-star backpackers accommodation. It is a 5-minute walk from Wellington's stunning waterfront. The hostel and hotel sections are distinct enough that, even when the hostel is full of student groups and tours, you can sleep soundly upstairs in the rooms and suites. The kitchen is a bit utilitarian but spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Fantastic location for walking the city.
