Set in Nagasaki and within 1.3 km of Nagasaki Station, Almas Guest House(アルマス） features a shared lounge, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi. The beds were the most comfy I have had in Japan. Rooms and bathrooms were clean. The host was very sweet and the staff were helpful. Being able to do laundry was great and I let it dry on the rooftop.

The futon is really comfy and warm, the traditional bath is great, and the location is wonderful (near the Hotarujaya tram terminal). I fully recommend it.

It was compact, perfect for our family with small kids. Very clean, nice garden. And Nicholas was a perfect host.

Providing free WiFi, ta bi to〈旅人〉 is located in Goto. The accommodation features a shared kitchen and a shared lounge for guests. Stayed 6 nights, I loved everything in this hostel so wonderful to stay in. First, Kay kindly came to pick me up at the ferry port although it came as a surprise. Then the sweet handwritten welcome note on the bed. The facilities are awesome, everything is new, extremely well working, kitchen equipment great, rental of electric cycle, machines for laundry excellent, bed confortable, shower with very good pression, a nice cafe with good food and coffee, plus the shop. Well, I could go on and on, these guys Marie, Kay and Fuyumi are so good!💓 I wish to come back one day and stay even longer.

Mezame Hostel asub Nagasakis, 1 km kaugusel Nagasaki aatompommimuuseumist ja 1,6 km kaugusel rahupargist. Hostelis on baar. Very clean and organized, showers, sinks, common area, and beds were exceptionally clean. Felt very safe and welcoming. Was very quiet and easy to navigate, temperature in the rooms was perfectly on the cool side (but with plenty of blankets provided). Iron, ice water, toaster, and kitchenette in the common room. Beds felt very private for what they were. Everything you need in a hostel and much nicer than I expected for the price.

Staff are very nice and serviceable. Location is very convenient by the train station, supermarket in the mall by the train station and of walking distance to everywhere. probably the best backpacker style place in Nagasaki

Mäevaatega Midori Guesthouse&Hostel asub Tsushimas, 2,1 km kaugusel Miuda rannast. The guesthouse is really nice--as are the people that run it. There are some decent restaurants and some really stunning parks and beaches nearby, too. I'd recommend staying here for sure!

Casa Blanca Guesthouse asub Nagasakis, 4,2 km kaugusel Nagasaki aatompommimuuseumist ja 4,8 km kaugusel rahupargist. Staff were nice and they have free breakfast!

Hostel Casa Noda asub Nagasaki südames ning pakub kõikjal tasuta WiFi-ühendust. Hostelil on katuseterrass. Comfortable room, clean, great view of the harbour (private room for 2 people on floor 5), nice communal area, cheap washing machine and dryer facilities.

It‘s like staying at someone’s home, really. The beds are comfortable, everything is clean, and the owner is very welcoming. Everyone got a little amuse bouche, so to speak, when paying in cash. And it was so delicious. I read a lot about the rules. At first I thought they seemed strict, but really it‘s just basic manners. Just don‘t be rude, I got my deposit back, no problem.
