Despite the lack of availability that matched my original criteria, the manager personally addressed the matter, offering a heartfelt apology and a solution that was both generous and unexpected. I was upgraded to a private room, a gesture that speaks volumes about the hostel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a high level of service and attentiveness in the hostel industry, but Ostello Bello stands out as a shining example. אכסניית לה קונטרורה (La Controra Hostel Naples) היא מנזר לשעבר עם גן, שהפך לאכסניה ידידותית במרכז נאפולי. בחדרים יש מיזוג אוויר. בכל הקומה יש כמה חדרים של מקלחת ושירותים (כלומר- לא חדר אחד עם כמה שירותים ומקלחות) - וזה כיף ונותן פרטיות. יש מעלית, החצר והחללים המשותפים מהממים! ארוחת בוקר בסיסית. הצוות מקסים!! ועוזר בכל שאלה. אמנם ההוסטל לא ממוקם במרכז אבל יש תחנות אוטובוס שצמודות להוסטל ותחנת מטרו במרחק של 5 דקות הליכה. בערב פועל בר שמגיש שתייה במחירים טובים
