Located in central Madrid, in Lavapiés district. The Central House Madrid Lavapiés has a restaurant, a bar, a shared lounge and an open-air patio. I stayed in a 4-bed dorm. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom was very nice, hot water. It was hot in Madrid but the air conditioning was perfect. There was a control to change the temperature within the room. Staff was friendly and helpful with all questions and ordered a taxi for me to the airport. The location is excellent for exploring Madrid! I would stay here again.

Awesome staff, especially Ricardo and Agustín. helped me out with anything I needed, gave me a map and advice for the main attractions of Madrid, and the whole social dynamic of the hostel is thanks to them and they're doing such a good work. And that's true also about all the staff memebers.

Loved the location. It's right next to the main train station. I got the airport Express bus to here €5 each way. It's also across from the metro station. The hostel was beautiful and very clean. Everything feels like a fancy hotel except when you go into your room. Then you're reminded that you're in a hostel sharing with others. The rooms were great and beds were comfortable. The room had two separate shows and a separate toilet. Double sinks were in the open area.

I liked the cleanliness and easy, compact, friendly, neat way the hostel presented itself. Definitely recommended for any lenght of stay. Good working area, everything you need (extra charge for breakfast or washing/drying clothes, but at good rates). I would definitely come back!
