Taxis and horse carriages are always available at the end of the street, as well as the ferry and sailboat ports that are all 3 to 5 minutes walk from the hotel. And you can walk to Karnak Museum in 25 minutes. The place is very clean, lovely and cozy with a simple and nice decoration. The breakfasts that Mrs. Adel prepares are amazing, and makes you more than full for the day long, with his little boy Muhammed they make your day sunny with a full smile. Mohaz is helpful with everything you need, and off course, Mr. Omar, the manager of the place is a beautiful kind person with the best English that you may find around and he is eager to arrange your travel needs in minutes. As if it’s all is not enough, there is also a beautiful restaurant downstairs 😊. What else you can expect from a small hotel in Luxor?

Le Magic Place Luxor bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal dans le quartier de la rive ouest de Louxor, à 1,3 km du temple Medinet Habu, à 2,2 km des Colosses de Memnon et à 2,3 km de Deir el-Medina. Ahmed, his wife and the entire family made us feel at home, and treated us as family, they allowed us to experience the local Egyptian culture, we stayed for 6 days and enjoyed every minute, the entire family was very attentive to our needs and helped us with any questions we had. Ahmed made us a private tour package at a excellent price with a very knowledgeable tour guide. Ahmed wife cooked amazing, delicious meals for us, we ate better at magic place than any 5 star restaurants in our visit to Egypt. The property was very clean, very comfortable, the hot water and pressure was outstanding, linen very clean, well located in a typical Egyptian neighborhood, very safe and near all archeological sites. Ahmed thank you for allow us to be part of your family, we arrived as guess and departed as Family, we will definitely come back and stay at Magic place. We highly recommend Magic Place to everyone.

Situé dans le village d'El Gezira, l'hôtel Ramsess propose des chambres avec climatisation et télévision par satellite. Breakfast was delicious, a fresh egg dish that tasted amazing. The bedrooms were painted really vibrant colours. The place has a lovely outdoor courtyard with a tree that you eat breakfast in. The host Nasser is really kind and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I did not feel pushed to do anything I didn't want to. Nasser helped organise a hot air balloon ride when I asked, he picked me up from the bus station when I arrived. The hotel also did my laundry for a small extra charge. I really felt at home at this hotel. The upper floors have a gorgeous view of the Nile and it's a relaxed place to be. Tea was offered sometimes without any charge. Overall, the best hotel I stayed at Egypt with tremendous value for money.

Doté d'un bar, le SWEET HOSTEL LUXOR propose un hébergement à Louxor, à 400 mètres de la gare et à 2,5 km du musée. C'est un hôtel sympathique proche de la gare, nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit. Le personnel est serviable et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, un vrai plus car il était inclus dans le prix. Le toit terrasse est super. Le lit était très confortable et la salle de bain privée est OK.

Le Venus Hostel se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied du temple de Louxor. Le personnel assure des services de location de vélos et de voitures. We really enjoyed our stay at Venus! It was comfortable, complete with an AC, a large balcony, and fast wifi, and the location was very central. The staff were exceptionally friendly--particularly Adneny and Bakar, who we got to chatting with and became friends with :) Luxor beledna!

The owner and staff were really nice. There is taxi avaible to the hotel for a good price. The room was good. Breakfast was deliciosus. Wifi was working properly. He helped us arrange programmes in Luxor for good price and helped us a lot with other stuff. If I go to Luxor again, I will contact him for sure to book trips because he is reliable and friendly.
