Amazing ambiance, the jacuzzi, the activities, air conditioner in the rooms all day( Puerto Viejo was hot at december), all the free activities( pool party at an another close hotel, afro dance class, etc). The hair dressing space was a bonus. Staff were amazing and helpfull, specially Mara. Kitchen full equiped

The Cabinas are in a big garden with a lot of wild animals walking by every now and then. It's far enough away from the restaurant, so you won't hear a thing. Staff is very nice and helpful.

Perfectly located within the village. Clean room and facilities. Many hammocks around to unwind in. The locals are super friendly. Vicky next door is a real gem! We can’t wait to go back

Arcari Garden Hostel is located just 400 metres from Tortuguero National Park, just a few steps from the sea shores and features free WiFi access is available in all areas. The staff was amazing and so helpful! They went above and beyond to help me and make my stay nice.

Rihanny at the front desk is a total star. Calm, pleasant, warm and helpful she made our stay exceptional. The hostel was a joy, wonderful grounds with a resident sloth (Raoul), a number of agouti and most wonderful...the red straberry dart frogs. There are flowers at every corner and the trees and lush vegetation add ambiance and privacy. They have a good system for food storage in the shared kitchen and a nice little pool area.

This lodge is in a very nice location in the small town of San Francisco. The restaurant is next to the water. A nice place to hang around. They serve a nice breakfast in the morning. The owner and his wife are very nice and helpful. You have to get a boat back to the main town. It's part of its charm. We really enjoyed our stay.
