I really appreciated this stay. The comfort and service was beyond what i expected for the price. I had a big room with toilet and shower, balcony, view to the mountain. I could borrow a bike for trips (even borrowed a daypack). And the owner and the staff was very kind. The place also has a kitchen you can borrow. A bar is connected to the hotel.

Set in Klagenfurt the Mladinski dom - Hostel offers accommodation with a shared lounge, a garden and a terrace. The Mladinski Dom is a student dormitory that is open for tourists during the school break. The room was comfortable, the shower and the toilet as inside the room. The bed was very comfortable. I could enter during the night. The breakfast is served in the canteen: fresh rolls, different types of bread, coldcuts, cheese and pates, corn flakes, granola, and fruits. Everything was fresh. I could eat outside on the terrace. However it is a bit further from the centre, even by walking the city centre can be reached in 25 minutes, the train station in 15 minutes. Highly recommended!!!

Staff was really nice. Most important for me is that everything was so clear and fresh, just when you see the room you see deep clean.

Located in the centre of Heiligenblut, this hostel is just 300 metres from the Großglockner-Heiligenblut Ski Area. A ski slope for children and beginners is right outside. Great value, spacious private room, close to the town square, plenty parking

Located on the shore of Lake Wörth, the Jugend- und Familiengästehaus Cap Wörth offers non-smoking accommodation with a private beach. Very friendly and helpfull staff Great Location only about 20 min till we were in the centre very calm property clean rooms big area good breakfast, buffet style even bigger than we thought for that price

Located next to the Drau River and the Way of Saint James in the centre of Lavamünd, Post Hostel For Youth, Students and Pilgrims is a 5-minute drive from the Slovenian border and the Liaunig Museum... The hostess, Eli, is the sweetest lady. She lives in the hostel, so she's easily reachable. Eli is also excited to meet new people from around the world. She made time to take me to local festivities and snowshoeing, served me homemade sweets, and introduced me to the locals. It was true hospitality and kindness. I got upgraded to the suite room but got to see the full hostel. It is clean and new. I particularly liked the heated floors in my room. The suite had a washer and dishwasher, too. The folks in the town were super friendly. The hostel is right next to the bus stop, which was very convenient when arriving from Vienna. The bus dropped me off right at the hostel. The town is surrounded by mountains and scenic views. You'll see the river Drava, and a smaller one a bit farther away. The town is not at a high altitude, so there isn't a lot of snow or clouds. But you'll find that up in the mountains, a short drive away. There were a few days when a light jacket was enough to walk around town, in December. There is wifi in the hostel and at the cafe right across the road from the hostel. Everything is within walking distance... the grocery store, a small park, restaurants, cafes, ATM, etc.

The centre of Villach is a 10-minute walk from the Jugend- und Familiengästehaus, which offers simply furnished rooms. Breakfast and half-board are available, and at a surcharge, a sauna can be used. There was an extra room where we could park our bikes. The breakfast was delicious with good variety of food to choose from. We were also allowed to keep our baggage in the back office after the checkout.
