I was upgraded to a private room, a gesture that speaks volumes about the hostel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a high level of service and attentiveness in the hostel industry, but Ostello Bello stands out as a shining example. Naples experience hostel is the best hostel experience I've had as a solo traveller. Very friendly staff, great atmosphere, it always felt comfortable around everyone. I seriously always felt safe. Thanks a lot to everyone and the pub crawl is always a must try.

It was clean, spacious, even with a small balcony and a proper bathroom attached to our shared dorm room. The staff is super friendly. It’s also a great place to meet other people, because the environment is peasant plus there is plenty of space to lounge. You can see they put care and attention into the place.

My friends and I liked the cleanliness, modern facilities of the property and its design! Fresh linen and towels were great, a nice kitchen area and especially a common corner where we gathered to play some games. Just gorgeous!
