I arrived on Christmas eve, and the first thing that came to me was the total Christmas party that I didn't imagine I could've enjoyed prior to arriving. The staffs as well as the manager were amazing and responsive in every aspect, also the service was top-notch; however, the most important thing to me was the vibe in this hostel. It felt like there is always a person waiting for me instead of just greeting me. Furthermore, people living in this hostel seemed to be well-connected by the staff with their hospitality and enthusiasm. Overall, without a doubt, Sungate One is one of the best hostels I've lived in. I would sincerely recommend anyone coming to Madrid to stay here.

Was super clean. I made my reservation the same day and for that reason i arrived early than expected. They were cleaning the room and, as a curious costumer, i sat near the room’s door and watched how they weren’t only cleaning the room but detailing it. Cleaned all the inside of the drawers under the bed. As i waited i was delighted with the common area, the ambience had even the sound of nature. Smelled like heaven. Besides all that good things the interior design is wonderful. I will be staying again. The location is one of the best.

The staff is very very very nice, kudos to Miguel, Diego and Uyanga. They were always there for anything I needed, eager to help with a smile. I met really cool guys with whom I played board games and laughed a lot. I would have loved to stay longer cause it truly felt like home. The facilities were clean, breakfast was great and location was amazing. 10/10 ❤️🩹
