First off the owner , an individual who simply cares about his guests and tries to help with any needs they have . Great location since it's a few minutes from metro station and train station (sasuntsi davits) There is a supermarket right on the street, a bakery with fresh lavash and an ATM next to that . Multiple vegetable and fruit markets just around the corner . There is a morning market on the right side of the metro station if you're an early bird. All the amenities that you would need are available from oven , kettle, iron , washing machine, drying rack... Great internet, 3 routers one of which is 5G Comfortable beds with soft linen , bed lamps and thick curtains. Friendly atmosphere which makes it so comfortable to just hangout in the kitchen or have a chat on the sofa with other guests. It's an experience which is worth trying everyday. Will definitely come back again

Perfect kitchen, clean bathrooms and amazing community areas. Quit but social and nice environment. I even managed to cowork there and safed the money for Coworking-space. 100% recommended!!
