Boris was a great host and made us feel like at home. The apartment is very comfortable and location is very convenient, in a nice neighbourhood and a short ride from Manhattan. The bed is extremely comfortable which is very important after a long day of walking in the city. You get to meet other people but also have your own privacy. A truly genuine experience!

A lovely place. Our room was very spacious. We had a welcome pack of homemade muffins and a few other treats. There was a coffee machine with a wide slection of coffees and teas plus another wide selection of fruit teas. Beautifully decorated in a "Shabby Chic" homely way with an extensive peaceful garden to relax in if needed. The owners were lovely and very welcoming. Would definitely go back again if the need arose. We were there for 2 nights for a wedding.

At first I was a bit skeptical because there were only 3 reviews on Booking.com. But I was completely satisfied with the apartment. There are several subways within walking distance and there is even a train station. There are enough public parking spaces on the street or one street away. During the 4 days I had to briefly park the car on the other side of the street for 1:30 hours and then return to the same parking lot. Cafes, grocery stores, dry cleaners, restaurants, etc. are also around the corner. The apartment is very stylish, quiet and clean, with a TV room, bathroom and bedroom. WiFi was free. The first access to the apartment worked without contact with a person but only by emailing a numerical code that grants access.

One of my best stays so far! The staff was very friendly, the apartment was very clean with all amenities, and the location near Columbia was perfect. Highly recommended. Will stay again.
