Quiet town with a really good restaurant down the road. Easily accessible to other areas in the vicinity.

There was very unique. I’m making it my NYC home away from home.Subway station is a hop skip and a jump away. Can’t wait to go back!

If you would like to discover the area, cycling and hiking are possible in the surroundings and the homestay can arrange a bicycle rental service. At first I was a bit skeptical because there were only 3 reviews on Booking.com. But I was completely satisfied with the apartment. There are several subways within walking distance and there is even a train station. There are enough public parking spaces on the street or one street away. During the 4 days I had to briefly park the car on the other side of the street for 1:30 hours and then return to the same parking lot. Cafes, grocery stores, dry cleaners, restaurants, etc. are also around the corner. The apartment is very stylish, quiet and clean, with a TV room, bathroom and bedroom. WiFi was free. The first access to the apartment worked without contact with a person but only by emailing a numerical code that grants access.

Lincoln Center is 8.4 km from the homestay, while Central Park is 9.1 km away. The nearest airport is New York Skyports Seaplane Base Airport, 12 km from Large Room in Charming Townhouse. One of my best stays so far! The staff was very friendly, the apartment was very clean with all amenities, and the location near Columbia was perfect. Highly recommended. Will stay again.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 4.9 km from Arthur Ashe Stadium. Museum of Modern Art is 8.8 km away and Grand Central Station is 8.9 km from the homestay. Room was nice and clean and location was great. Communication was very smooth and replied very promptly. Highly recommended.
